It’s almost time to celebrate the 8th Anniversary of the launch of my first book!

Followers of this blog may recall that I shared my writing saga, consisting of Book Progress Reports #1–15, from February 2016 up until the summer of 2017, when I was able to proudly reveal the book’s cover!

Writing the book was an exhilarating (albeit exhausting) experience. I hadn’t realized that when you create a memoir, you mentally relive everything you write about. That’s okay. If you can convey your feelings along with the facts, your readers will be able to viscerally share your adventures.
