(With apologies to Queen Elizabeth II)

So far, folks, December hasn’t been too kind. Allow me to mention what’s happened so far – And it’s only the 9th of the month!

In the interest of privacy, each person will be labelled a letter, as in “A.” (They are all various family members or close friends.)

• A is enduring chemotherapy. Enough said.
• B & C go on trip, become ill on the way there, forced to come home early. OK now.
• D has car accident; car is totalled. Luckily D is OK, though.
• E gets Covid.
• F gets Covid.
• G has bad fall and breaks several bones. Then catches Covid!
• H has bad fall; nothing broken, but sore all over.

That should be enough, don’t you agree?! 😬
