The woman isn’t me, but she’s a pretty good representation of how I feel lately. Too much use of my phone…? Or computer? I don’t know, but whatever the cause, my trapezius muscle is not happy!

I just couldn’t let this holiday go by without a hearty wish from me and John – our first Christmas as man and wife!
